This app’s creators don’t seem to get it!
You’ll soon discover that YourTravelMates locks its search filters based on the GPS location of the phone, so if you’re looking for someone special, it won’t be based on where they live.
Most people I meet within a 25-mile radius are women who are just visiting the area and live far away.
So I wrote customer service to ask why you use a GPS location for your search instead of the resident location. I receive a slew of responses that don’t relate to my question, but are designed to distract from the fact that the app’s search filter has a serious flaw.

I thought I would pay the £ 15 for a week trial. They took another payment 2 days later. I reached out immediately but received no response. I cancelled my subscription to ensure it did not automatically renew. The subscription was not cancelled within the specified time, but they kept the second payment.
They can take up to a week to respond to emails and don’t give any detail.
Any excuse can be used to make and keep payments.
They will keep making payments even if they aren’t due.

I’d give this app zero stars if I could. I followed the guidelines as much as possible. I added six photos to make my profile more interesting. Although I’m not a male model, I still consider myself average-looking. I am 50 years old, slim and go to the gym four days a week. I am intelligent, articulate, kind and funny. I have a great job, a nice house, and a high standard of living. I don’t believe that anything is impossible for me. I’ve been trying to reach out to girls between 46 and 55 years old. Despite swiping so many times my thumb is about falling off, I have only received one interaction from a girl way, way older than I was looking for.

Anti-scrubbing refers to the practice of some unhonorable Internet sites that do not always register cancellation requests for subscription-based services.

This app does not provide matches. There are apparently more than 50 people who like me. Why is it that I’m not receiving matches? Why doesn’t YourTravelMates show these people or let me swipe on them? This is a scam to make you pay for an extortionate application.

I signed up for YourTravelMates booster but was told that I could not swipe my matches unless i purchased YourTravelMates premium.
To date I received no reply. Terrible. A complete rip off. They charge for features they don’t provide. The women are pretentious and 90 % fake profiles.
