I purchased a subscription for one week. Clicked one button to instantly be charged £29.99 for credits. I reached out to their support, and they told me that I had used “more than half the credits”. However, there are 4000 credits… Does this mean that I bought 8000 credits? My profile was set up with an “automatic topping-up” system, which I had no idea about. I sent them a message… They then informed me that I had previously set up a payment method which allowed for the automatic top-up… It is the first time that I have ever made a payment. So I again complained and challenged Paypal to stop the payment as it was not authorized. I was unable to cancel my subscription and am unsure if I will be refunded. However, the credits have been removed from my account. £29.99??? Wow, what a strange custom service experience!

This is the most dangerous website. A man claims to be a Nigerian soldier and has scammed me. After one day of being with me, he has never spoken to me on the phone or via video chat and asked for my money multiple times.

After building up many genuine friendships online, it blocked me with a note explaining (Something was reported on me) that I had broken the rules! Total nonsense !!!! All the messages I’ve sent online have been photographed by me. Blocking has happened a few times, and I’m fed up.

Although I haven’t met a lot of genuine people, I do love the fake ones on there. However, that’s what most sites and apps are now. I still hope to find someone worth talking with on here someday.
